Let's dive into a project we completed in a waterfront home several years ago.

Yes, it earned a Theater feature in TechHome Magazine (now known as Builder Innovator).

It was also the largest screen of its nature ever installed in a residential setting at the time (2018)!

Was it over the top? Perhaps. But it was so worth it, and the clients loved it!

Here's what this amazing custom theater system includes:

• 201-inch "CineCurve" screen by Stewart Filmscreen with motorized masking panels
• Top-of-the-line TITAN professional DLP Video Projector by Digital Projection. It came with a HUGE Anamorphic Motorized Lens to eliminate those annoying "black bars" when watching movies!
• JBL Synthesis ATLAS surround sound system—providing True THX Certified Sound far better than the local movie theaters.
• Plus, an interior design and CineLoungers Full Motion Seating by the late Jeff Smith of First Impressions Theme Theatres.
